We are Dan and Kelly Carney, the team behind TEASON 25 Properties. Originally from the east coast, Dan and Kelly moved to the Midwest in early 2017 and settled in the western suburbs of Chicago later that year with their dog, Cruz. Six months later they brought home Jeter, another lab-mix rescue, and added two children to the circus in 2020 and 2023.

Founder & CEO

Dan, TEASON 25 Properties Founder & CEO, left his corporate level position in healthcare and followed his passion for real estate, making that his full-time career in early 2020. He has worked exclusively in the real estate niche of buying and selling distressed homes and has a unique eye for seeing their potential future market value. In his spare time, Dan enjoys spending time with his family, playing baseball and golf, and traveling.

Kelly

Co-Founder

Kelly, TEASON 25 Properties Co-Founder, officially joined the team in early 2024 while still working as an orthopedic physical therapist. Focusing primarily on lead generation, relationship building and interior design, she is often the first point of contact for clients, brokers, investors and contractors. In her free time, Kelly enjoys spending time with Dan and the kids, cooking, photography and reading.
